Biohmm, a bio, eh?
Well, born in the beautiful city of San Diego (or so I'm told...), I was actually raised in Japan. I lived in Yokohama for about 3 years and in Yokosuka for about 7 more. Being a military brat, we moved around quite a bit after that. Georgia, Wisconsin and finally ended up in sunny Tampa, FL (otherwise referred to as The Black Pit of Despair™).
A computer geek by day and japanese chef by night, I dabble quite a bit in making japanese dishes that I grew up with and have a particular fondness for making desserts.
